Solving playback issues

Prior to today, when I selected Acorn from the Roku menu, I was given the choice to run Acorn Roku or just Acorn. I no longer have that option. It goes directly to regular Acorn. When I try to run a show, it tells me I already have a subscription through Roku and to use those credentials. It gives an error code of 2500-000000-607

Try going into The Roku Channel and access Acorn from within it.

I tried accessing Acorn through Roku TV. It says I'm currently subscribed on another channel. So that suggestion didn't work. Thanks anyway
