We are experiencing the same issue as @RfB0837, and would like some help ourselves. Our Roku device model is 4630-Roku Premier + , our serial number is YR00G7746252, and our device ID is 7KA6AG746252. Our tracker ID is 52-116-394, and software and build version 14.54• build 5924-29. Our channel build version is 46. The issue started 3/20/2025. Here is a picture, IMG_20250322_150213.jpg.

Has anyone contacted Fanduel?  Are they aware that their app isn't functioning with Roku software version 14.5?

So glad I came across this message. We had recently changed from cox internet to AT&T. We only got this error message when trying to access FanDuel Sports channel. Other streaming services worked fine. Spent several hours on the phone with. AT&T tech support. No fix. Swapped out ROKU devices and problem solved. Please get this issue with the roku bar fixed and notify customers when it's done.

The FanDual app runs fine on our FireTV sticks, but the app will not open on a Roku streaming stick.
When you click the app on the home screenmm, the screen goes black and returns to the home screen.

Cmon ROKU! I think you have enough feedback and information from everyone having same playback error message and using same 14.5 version. Now fix this once and for all!!!!

The video will play for about 30 seconds, then you get an "Error playing video" message.  "There was an unexpected error while playing this video.  Please try again.  buffer:loop:demux.dash:Manifest uodate failed 30 times:extra:content_id:1:etype:buffer:num_keys:1:num_lic:1:program_id:"
