Re: I am getting the following error when watching Fanduel

Is there a resolution to this? Or a reasonable way to roll back this update, as it clearly has bugs you need to work out before re-releasing it.

Can we just roll back the update?  Missing games......

Re: [Underinvestigation] 14.5 Error playing video on FanDuel

Problem started for me on Wednesday night when attempting to watch the Timberwolves game on Fanduel,   It was happen on Friday night for the Wolves again, and Saturday afternoon for the Wild game.

Plays for about 30 seconds before error message shows up.

Re: I am getting the following error when watching Fanduel

Hey @AKnight19,

To help us investigate the issue, please share some details:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID and Software and build version (press Home button 5x and Back 5x)
  • Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
  • Picture of the TV screen displaying the error.

How do I insert an image in a post?

We look into it.

Re: I am getting the following error when watching Fanduel

Same exact issue as the original poster. New version 14.5.4 does not allow Fanduel to work properly, I get the exact same buffer loop error every 30 seconds when trying to stream on the app. When using another Roku in my house that has not updated yet, the app works just fine. I have switched to a Firestick so I can watch the game i want to on Fanduel in the meantime so that Roku is not connected at this time to give you those details. But I am having the exact same issue as the original poster and want to know what the resolution is.

Re: [Underinvestigation] 14.5 Error playing video on FanDuel

I was able to Airplay (cast) a game from my phone (FanDuel Sports app) to the tv last night. So give that a try and hopefully that works until they get this fixed.

Re: I am getting the following error when watching Fanduel

@AKnight19,

We need the Roku device info we asked for earlier so we can pass it along to our Roku team for review. If you get a chance, please send it over.

Thanks,
