Solving playback issues

I have tried everything listed, logging out, re-downloading Hulu. My Roku sticks have live TV, and my phone app has it. I am trying to access it through the hulu dedicated channel app on my ONN Roku tv. OS 14. I set the account up through the website. Please help.

1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
2. Scroll and select Settings.
3. Select System.
4. Select Software update.
5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates.

I've tried everything that she/he has and what you suggested.  I still cannot access Hulu Live on my Roku tv.  I can access Hulu live on my Fire TV and my laptop.  Please advise.
