Hi @ebass,

Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!

We'd like to know more about the issue that you're experiencing with the Roku streaming stick 4k. How are you powering the device?  Are you using a USB port on the TV or plugging it into a wall outlet?

We anticipate hearing from you soon and will keep helping you as needed.

Re: How to get support for RMA (505366) to replace 1 Roku Streaming Stick

John,

I consider myself fairly technical. The Stick is broke.  But to answer your question the setup is AC powered, not USB powered... Again the stick is broke.  I would like to have this unit replaced ASAP.

I went to BestBuy picked up the same unit and it worked

I have 2 more TV's to cut the cable cord on, but now I am sitting with an UN-usable box that i paid for.

Please replace this unit or refund my money.. ( prefer a replacement)

The title reads

How to get support for RMA (505366) to replace 1 Roku Streaming Stick

I purchased this stick at ROKU.COM

The Stick I purchased at ROKU.COM does not work  ERROR 022 during initial setup

The stick is broke!

Trouble shooting this stick is not an option, for its delaying the inevitable, which is probably the plan

Hi @ebass,

Thanks for keeping us posted here in the Roku Community!

We're glad to assist you with setting up your Roku streaming stick 4K. Please be advised that Error 022 indicates that there is no wireless receiver detected. Did you have the long-range Wi-Fi receiver? This is important to ensure proper communication between the devices. The long-range Wi-Fi receiver is part of the USB power cable that must be attached to your Roku Streaming Stick 4K. It allows your Streaming Stick 4K to connect to your wireless network and the internet, so you can stream movies, TV shows, and more. The Wi-Fi receiver is designed to reduce wireless interference, providing a faster and more reliable connection. Please check here for more details on how to set up your Roku Streaming Stick 4K.

Let us know right away so we can assist you further.
Kind regards,

Eunice
