How to fix CBS News app not loading live news

I am using the “CBS News” app. I’ve removed, updated Roku, restarted, and re-downloaded the app to no avail. It still will not load. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

  • Check for software updates: Make sure your Roku device is running the latest software update. To check for updates, go to Settings > System > System update > Check now. If an update is available, install it and try launching the app again.
  • Contact CBS News support: If none of the above steps work, you can reach out to CBS News support for further assistance. You can find their contact information on their website or in the app store listing for the CBS News app.
