Solving playback issues

Good, I have a problem with my roku TV, this only happens in Roku Channel, when I put a reproduction, the screen is not reproduced in black and returns to the beginning, it only happens in Roku Channel, any help will be useful

1. Remove the channel from the Roku device
2. Power cycle the Roku device, by disconnecting it from the power cable and reconnecting the device back to power.
3. Re-add the channel back to the Roku device

Can you explain in more detail?
