We would like to know how to identify and resolve any playback issues with the History channel but we need a few details.
- When did this issue first start occurring?
- Do you observe this behavior while using any other channel(s) on your device?
- Have you tried checking for a channel update by going to the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * and checking for a channel update?
