Thanks. I find it odd that this was marked as a solution. @Roku, if this is the solution - email me and I will send you my address so you can ship me an 8K HDMI. Thanks.
That isn’t a valid fix I had it happen today using Disney plus and I have all 8k rated cables the only thing I’ve seen help is when it start to do it I restart the Roku then it’s good for a while.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for the posts.
If you are unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Thanks,
Danny
I have a Roku Premiere. S/N YHOOO7160735. Device ID K42080160735.
Stopped working last Wednesday night. Did everything you said to fix, even bought new cable. Can Get screens and can check settings, but when I click on a program to play, I get the message about bandwidth ( err 020.).
