My Roku Streaming Stick 4k is frozen on language after getting the Roku logo and resetting the stick. I have tried everything it’s been very frustrating. Not getting the support I need and I have always praised Roku.

I am plugging directly into the TV HDMI port. I bought another Roku Streaming Stick 4K and it works perfect. The remote from the old Roku stick will power up the TV but does not allow any movement to the streaming channels. My serial number on the Roku Stick is SOJC32A8RK75 Model 3820x2.
No extender directly into the HDMI port on TV.
@Reals, are you using one of these cables for the USB power connection?
Yes I am using on of the mentioned cables
Tried a new cable didn’t work on the streaming stick
I was able to get support from Roku and they helped me reset my remote which allowed me to use my device.
