This solution fixed my sync problem on my Roku Ultra (model: 4662X). Go to Settings>System>System Restart>Restart. Wait till complete. Then, Go to Settings>System>Advanced system settings>Network connection reset>Reset connection. Wait till complete, and then sign back into network. This should fix the out of sync problem.
