Error code on The Criterion Channel

I started a subscription to The Criterion Channel and I am unable to watch the films I want. I keep getting the following message '' Sorry we could not play the video. Try again or contact our support team if this persists. (Code -6). Is the issue with my Roku3 device or is it with The Criterion Channel ? I was not having this problem during the 7-days free trial, but now that I paid my subscription I do !  Please advise about. Thank you what to do

Start by performing a "System restart" from Settings->System.  You should also restart all of your network equipment - gateway/modem/router.  It's hard to say what that error code is, but it could be that it's having a problem reaching Criterion's server.  Are you having trouble streaming anything else on other apps?
