Out of the blue my Spectrum App no longer plays any of the channels. It displays the error code RLP_999. The only way I can see channels is if I filter by "local" channels. I previously saw posts with the same issue posted from 3 weeks ago -- saying it was because of an update. WHAT SHOULD I DO.

Try restarting all of your network equipment - gateway/modem/router. Unplug the power for a few seconds and then plug them back in. Once everything restarts, restart your Roku device by navigating to "System restart" under Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (as appropriate).
