Element roku tv E4AA7OR no picture

I have a 75in element roku tv that when started in the morning it will have picture and sound but after a minute it two it shuts the screen off and only have sound.   A restart is needed and after restarting 5 or 6 times it stays on with pic and sound.  Its almost like after its warmed up it stays on.

Hi @Sgtvela520

Welcome to the Roku Community.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with your Roku TV. Have you tried to unplug the Roku TV for 10-15 minutes and plug it back in to see if it helps? Are you running the latest software on your Roku TV?

For reference, you can follow the steps here: How to update the software on your Roku TV or Roku streaming player

Keep us posted on how it goes.

Nimfa

Re: Element roku tv E4AA7OR no picture

Thanks for the following up @Sgtvela520

May we ask do you have a surround sound system connected to your Roku TV? Does the issue only occur when streaming on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?

Re: Element roku tv E4AA7OR no picture

Strangely its in the morning after being off all night.  We turn it on and then the screen goes black but still has sound.  So ive manually reset and remotely reset and power cycled and so ill wait to see tomorrow if it worked.

Re: Element roku tv E4AA7OR no picture

Thanks for keeping us posted, @Sgtvela520

We appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting the issue with your Roku TV. To assist you further, could you please confirm if the issue persists after performing the manual reset, remote reset, and power cycling? Could you also try to remove/unplug the surround sound to see if it helps?

Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to hearing back from you soon.
