Does the issue only occur on Disney Plus or across other channels installed on your Roku device?
Have you tried removing the affected channel Disney Plus and then re-install again? If not, we suggest starting there. In some cases, removing the affected channel and then re-installing it may help. Restart your device before re-adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If there is no Power submenu, proceed to the next step.) > System restart.

I am having the same Disney Plus skipping issue. When watching Grownish Season 3 Episode 11, the video minimizes about 3-4 minutes into the show and skips to episode 12. It does this with a few other shows also.

Does the issue only occur on that specific content within Disney Plus? If yes, please be advised that Roku only rents and transmits the channel and is not responsible for the content. Contents are directly chosen by the respective channel and we have no control over the programming or operation of it. We would recommend contacting the channel directly for more information and assistance.
