I am watching a show on Disney Plus, and it started just randomly exiting the app while I was watching. Well, now it will not even get past the profile select screen and it will just exit out of the app. I've tried powering off the TV, reinstalling the app, and restarting the TV. Nothing is working.

Before we proceed, may we know if this is the only channel affected by this? Mentioning you've already tried to remove and reinstalled the channel, have you tried to perform a system reboot in between? We need to make sure that the steps removing the channel, system restart, and then reinstalling the channel has been done precisely to work. We also suggest trying to connect your Roku player to an alternative network connection to see if this will make any difference. Perhaps a mobile hotspot would do.

If the issue still persists after doing so, we highly suggest raising this playback issue to the channel provider themselves which in this case, Disney Plus Support, as they are the ones who provided and maintained their channel on the Roku streaming platform.
