Discovery App Shuts Off randomly

So, the Discovery app randomly shuts off and returns us to the Roku home screen. Resetting the Roku doesnt help. Neither did removing and reinstalling the Discovery app. We signed out then signed back in to the app also, to no avail. This occurs across all networks and shows on the Discovery app. Also, this problem is occurring on two sets with two separate Roku devices.

We understand you have tried troubleshooting already, but the issue persists. We recommend performing a software update to see if it makes a difference. Please follow the steps below, and we hope this solution will work for you.

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Software update
  5. Select Check Now to check for updates manually
