Solving playback issues

Opened my MotoGP app today, and the splash screen for MGP shows on the screen, but then it immediately crashes and reverts to the home screen. Other apps are working. Have tried restarting Roku, removing app and reinstalling, unplugging Roku for five minutes and restarting, none of this has worked. Paying a lot of money for this access - need this to work for the weekend!

To make sure you have the latest version of the app:

• Uninstall the channel.
• Unplug Roku power, plug back in to restart.
• Reinstall channel

You may need to log into the channel app again.

Same problem here. The app also crashes on my iPhone.  The proposed solution didn’t help.  Any other ideas?

Same problem....had to USB my laptop / MotoGP main site to the TV.

I also have the same problem.

Two ROKU devices, each on a different TV in different rooms.

Both previously worked. I even watched qualifying this morning.

Now the app crashes immeadiately upon opening on both ROKU devices.

Same problem in uk . Tried powering down. Reinstalling app.

I'm having the same issue too. It was working fine earlier and now it crashes. I tried the suggested steps to troubleshoot it and no success. Please fix this app!!!

Same here..  Very annoying for how much we pay for this
