Solving playback issues

Just received a TCL Roku tv, has the buttons for paramount plus and HBO plus but nothing shows up when pressed, also Disney plus and hulu is not one of the channels on the channel store… wont even show up. Idk what the issue is, please help

Thanks for reaching out about this behavior you're seeing with your TCl Roku TV and we'd like to be of assistance here. To confirm, your remote has a button that includes a channel button for these channels right? You can perform a system restart by navigating to Settings>>System>>Power>>System restart.
