Apparently an update has happened that is fouled up. I can’t see what the remote is on. It doesn’t highlight the picked button. Help.
Restart your Roku device from Settings->System->Power->System restart or just unplug the power for a few seconds and plug it back in.
Selek settings ,Theme, restore default theme, restore and everything will be back to normal
I am having the same issue. Tried the instructions above and problem persists.
As a result, this is likely a bug in a recent code push that was not properly tested before being pushed to production.
Please have your team provide a new software update that includes a bug fix for this issue ASAP. Thank you.
Ok Go into Settings, Theme, Restore default theme, Roku will turn off than on.. And everything will be back to normal.. So after a week of no highlighting channels I tried this.. And it worked! So happy! Thank you!
