In this instance, have you tried reaching out to the channel provider themselves and letting them know that you can't access a certain series inside their app? It's best to keep in mind that Hulu, Disney+, and Prime video channels are some of the apps that provided, maintained, and updated their app on the Roku streaming platform by their channel provider independently.
