Backs out when commercial starts. Multiple apps.

The TV show plays until the commercial break. Then it goes back to previous menu. Cannot fast forward past. I have deleted the channel, restarted Roku, and reinstalled. It did not resolve the issue. This is happening on DiscoveryGo and ID. Please help.

It's unfortunate to hear about the issue you are experiencing. We'd like to know more about how we can help. Have you tried to restart the device from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart?
