Solving playback issues

I have a roku stick.  My apps are playing but giving me a sped up voice sound after being downloaded.  How can i fix that?

We understand that you're having issues with the audio on your channels. We're here to give assistance and sort this out for you. 

To adjust the speech rate on a Roku device's channel, you can do the following:

1. Open a show on a channel.
2. Press the Star * button on the remote to open the Options menu.
3. Press the Down arrow until you see Accessibility and Language.
4. Press OK to open the menu.
5. Use the Down arrow to go to Speech Rate and select OK
6.  Select Normal on the speech rate options, or you may choose any of your desired rates. 
7. Press the Star * button to exit the Options menu.
