On a new (July 7, 2022) Roku Ultra audio is lost intermittently after pausing a video stream and enough time has elapsed for the screen saver to activate. When attempting to restart the video stream, there is no audio. So far the only solution has been to power cycle the Roku player and then restart the video stream. I've gone through the chat process with tech support for about 45 minutes of troubleshooting and just before the tech disconnected while I was typing a reply he suggested I unplug the Roku to reset it. As this was already what I've been doing I found it pretty frustrating that no real solution was offered. So far I've been unable to reach anyone who can authorize a replacement under warranty. #4802RW
