We appreciate you bringing this to our attention that the audio of your device gets very loud. We'll be more than happy to assist you with this.
Can you let us know if just one channel or multiple channels are affected? Also, when did this problem start occurring?
In the meantime, you can try changing the volume mode on your streaming device:
- Start playing a movie, TV show, or other content
- Press Star Button (*) on your Roku remote
- Select Volume mode and choose the desired setting
