Stop replying with that garbage guide how to fix it….. it doesn’t work. Does anyone actually work at Roku or is it just zombies clicking canned messages? Do the moderators even speak English?

The standard company solution is not at all helpful and doesn't address the inconsistency of the problem.  Sometimes it happens randomly (though infrequently) in the middle of a show.  It happens on all channels.  It ALSO happens with private listening through the app so it can't possibly be the tv or sound system, etc.  Sometimes just pausing or rewinding a little bit fixes the problem.  Sometimes exiting the channel to the roku home screen and going back in is required.  C'mon guys!  How bout some real tech support on this one?!
