Solving playback issues

Very little help from roku. Half my apps PANDORA, discovery+ roku TV  when I click on them they simply go back to home screen? The phone number sucks even says you may not receive a call back. Just the worst ever! ROKU SUCKS

1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
2. Scroll and select Settings.
3. Select System.
4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
5. Select System restart.

Once this has been performed, kindly access your apps to see any improvements.

As of a couple of days ago, when I'm watching CNN on MAX,it goes back to the home screen every time there is an ad.This never happened before and it doesn't happen when watching movies or shows. Only with live tv.

Roku assistance was useless. Rebooting and other actions did nothing!
