App not connecting to TV now despite working initially
I’m really losing my patience with my TV and have spent hours trying to get the app to connect with my device. I managed to connect the app to my device initially but since then I’ve had a ‘no device connected’ message on 5+ separate occasions at least. How can it work and then suddenly lose the device? I’ve tried uninstalling the TV from scratch, restarting the TV, uninstalling the app and installing again, I’ve also tried to connect manually with the IP address which did not work. Nothing has changed since the initial set up when everything worked fine.
