Solving playback issues

so basically my roku is unusable until there is a resolution. I just got an update and still the same problem. will we be notified with an ETA?

Watching the Witcher on netflix now on a streaming stick 4k.

All good Dolby vision @ 24.0 Hz

Frame rate matching works with my streaming stick but does not work with my 2 Roku Ultra devices.

When is the fix coming ?

To help us in the investigation, please supply us with the device details below:

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
