Still no update.  If you look at the app on the Play store, last update was 3/12/25.

What is the version of the app that has the update so we can verify the correct one?

The error code is 1003 or 1002, it's different each time. I can log out and back in and it will work for a few hours only.  This is ridiculous,  it has been weeks since it worked properly. Is there a way to roll back our apps to the previous version?

I had the same problem. 2 days ago, I was asked by a Roku moderator to uninstal/reinstall the app and I did (again). But this time, I noticed that the app version had changed. After the latest upgrade that did not work, I was on V3.2.2(441) and 2 days ago, after the reinstall,  I am on V3.2.3(448) and since then, no issues. I have a feeling that Roku did the correction but are not willing to admit that the upgrade was broken....

Hello, thank you for replying.  Unfortunately I have the version you have upgraded to. It will work for a very short time then we're back to the issues.  I have to log out and back in every single morning to get through the day. Hopefully you will find that your reinstall fixed your issues, unfortunately that is not the case for me.

Yes, yes, and yes. I've done everything that has been suggested. It only fixes the issue for a few hours before it isn't connecting again.

The app should be under version 3.2.3. If you do not see an option to update, try to uninstall and reinstall the app.

3.2.3.448 is from 3/12 or 3/18 and that is what's on the Play store. That is what we are running that is not working.
