Re: Smart home app not connecting
This has not been resolved, there is no solution and at this point ... YOU ARE JUST PISSING EVERYONE OFF!! The version you are telling everyone to upgrade to is the version most of us already have.

Re: Wireless Doorbell Error 1003 FOR WEEKS NOW
A mod took over and changed the title to my original post which was the app is crashing not the wireless doorbell error. The original thread was about the App crashing. At first I had to uninstall and reinstall nearly every day.
The same mod claimed this issue was resolved when it clearly was not and more people kept posting that they are having the same issue.
This is entirely an APP issue which effects all wireless Roku products in my home - 2 doorbell cams 2 strip lights, 3 smart bulbs and I also have the home security system. I have two plugged in cameras that always work on the app. It is strictly effecting only the wireless products.
Ive given you mac addresses, Ive given you all the info on each product and I see you are deciding this issue is solved again when it clearly is not. I've given you the brand make model of our phones and tablet. I Just had to log out then log back in with your annoying codes required to even log in my own account. I do this every few days with 2 samsung phones and a samsung tablet.
I have the up to date version of the app as I've had it for weeks now. There is no new updated version its been 3.2.3 (448) for a while now. I pay you for a service that is quite frankly shoddy. I've invested heavily in roku products. Besides the smart bulbs security system door bells and strip lights I also have 3 streaming roku devices on our tvs.
Mods arriving here asking for the same info, claiming its fixed and saying its a solved issue needs to stop.
The issue is not fixed. It's apparently an android phone problem. You did some kind of update a few weeks ago that has effected many of us. I bought all this equipment last May. Everything was fine til a few weeks ago and now it crashes every few days. The only way to make ours work again is to log out, log in with the codes you insist on we use and we are super tired of it.
It is NOT fixed. This is really poor customer service and I feel ripped off paying this much money for all these roku products when the app is truly useless. I am paying for a service that is a failure for weeks on end. Do something.
Stop pretending this is solved.

Re: Wireless Doorbell Error 1003 FOR WEEKS NOW
Same issue...did all the troubleshooting steps just to be told they r escalating it to higher up and i will be contacted in 48 hrs. I hate these wire free doorbell video cameras I have 2..both not working. My other 2 cameras in the house r working just fine. Another security camera business will be getting many more customers if they dont fix this.

Re: Smart home app not connecting
Have uninstalled and reinstalled on two Android devices with no change. Yes I cleared the cache too. iPad still works as expected.

Re: [Under investigation] Error 1003 on Roku Wireless Doorbell Livestream
Absolutely awful! If the issue isn't fixed by the time I need to renew my subscription in April, I won't be. I had to Uninstall and reinstall it three times today. Called customer service and as usual they are of no help. Would never recommend to anyone and if I still had the option to get my money back I would.
