I am having the exact same problem with my doorbell camera. It still sends me notifications when it detects motion, but I cannot view the live feed. The camera might be a year old. I wish they would stop with the updates. They seem to create more problems than they solve!

The same thing happend to my doorbell camera. Maybe the company needs to offer a software update to fix this this problem.

I'm having the exact same issue.  I tried to delete and reinstall the device on the app, and that also wouldn't work, so I uninstalled the app and started over, but I still can't connect, so the doorbell is now completely non-functional.

I have the same problem.  I cant see live doorbell camera.  I keep getting"failed to connect  Error code 1003"  Does anyone know wha that means?

You're not working fast enough on this issue. Everyone is having it. You pay month for cloud recording but can't see the camera live feed, ridiculous. Someone has mess up big time on some updates in code or something. Mine I got working for 2 days after uninstalling the app, making sure camera was working on the live app side, it was, 2 days later, no live feed 1003 Error and will only record motion. All my Wyze outdoor camera which are further away work fine on this router I have. So fix it please. I've sent numerous messages to tech support, nothing back, the app is worthless as it will never got to the screen for your report and send screen grabs6 days without live feed6 days without live feed

Syncing the time on the cameras did not fix the issue
