3 Color Smart Bulbs -Firmware up to date v1.1.1.15 I can provide MAC for all if needed
2 Smart Light Strips can provide if needed
Phone = Samsung Galaxy S21 Android One UI Version 6.1 updates current.
My Son's phone is a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra -updates current
WIFI 6 Router + No name found on Modem - I do have a MAC address if needed
Provider: Spectrum = All equipment up to date
I have not sent any logs. I've only posted my issues here.

@Guitarguts63, what happens if you turn Wi-Fi off on your phone and just use the cellular network?

- Door bell camera records events but error code 1003 shows on screen when trying to view live. Reinstaling APP & rebooting phone fixes the problem temporarily but then problem re-occurs. There is a glitch that Roku has failed to address

Samsung S21FE using Android 14 Doorbell camera was working fine for over a year . Optimum is my provider no change in router, no change in Modem. 5 other Roku cameras connected on my same system work fine. Nothing has changed on my system for over a year so the problem is your doorbell device or software glitch. Fix it or send a new camera.

Same exact problem. Tapping settings, trying to delete the device, trying to report incident does nothing, goes nowhere. No new window/box/drop down or anything pops up.
