Roku Floodlight camera issues

 I have a Roku Floodlight SE out door camera on the front of my garage.  Its about 6 months old.  It lost connectivity just after Thanksgiving.  I tried to update the firmware and the app, still wont connect.  I power cycled the breaker, and the lights turn on when power is restored.  They turn off after 30 seconds.  The camera has no LEDs at all.  I held the setup button for 10 seconds, and nothing.  I have tried to cycle the breaker a few times, and left it off for 5 minutes and then restored power...the camera is still 100% dead, no LED, no sounds, nothing

Thanks for letting us know about the issue with your Roku Floodlight camera, which has no power. We also appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have taken to try to fix the issue. We would be more than willing to assist you with this.

Please check all wiring to ensure it is secure, including the wire that connects the Roku camera to the floodlight. If the issue persists, send us a private message.
