We understand that you have an active subscription to the Roku Smart Home camera, yet it does not work when you check it from the Roku Smart Home app. No worries, we are more than happy to assist you with this.
We would like to know if this happened to all Roku cameras. If so, we highly suggest you try uninstalling and reinstalling the Roku Smart Home app.
If the issue persists, kindly provide us with the following details below:
- Firmware version:
- Mac address of the device:
- Log ID: (pull up your Roku Smart Home app home page > select Account > Roku Support > Submit a Log.)
