I cannot log into the smart app. Is there an issue with it? I put in my email and password and it says something like "email/password combination not found." I even went in and changed my password, and I can log into the normal Roku app with that email/password combination, but not the smartapp.
We believe the service is now restored.
If you are still seeing issues using Smart Home devices, sign out of the app and then sign back in.
I’m having the same issue. Must be a server problem. I can’t control any of my smart devices.. Major fail.

Yeah it's a pretty big fail when we need the app to control our lights.
I've used another smart light and never once had an issue with the app/server
So what do we do? Just bought these stupid lights cause I was having issues with c by ge and 2 days later these aren’t working.
I just bought four bulbs, two plugs and three cameras as an experiment to see if these products are any good. Not looking good right now. Hopefully they fix this soon but I’m not gonna give them too many chances.
I can still see the live cameras on the Roku tv app but still can’t log into the iPhone app to do anything else.
This is a huge problem with everything now. I can’t even watch tv when the servers go down. Something as essential as turning on lights shouldn’t be dependent on a server outage.

Roku posted an alert they are working on the issue.
I can't either I even change my password only to find out there's a known service interruption
