Hello. I'm a very new Roku user. When we were setting up our Roku Express to our kids tvs, we got a notification for unlimited devices for 10 extra a month. We currently have 4 of them set up under my account. But when 3 of them want to watch tv, it kicks someone off. How do I find this to add the unlimited devices option? Thank you!

There is no charge or fees when using Roku. Roku is completely free to use, no matter how many devices you install on your network.
Not sure where the offer for "10 extra a month" came from, but it was not from Roku.

As for devices kicking each other from your network, this could be anything from needing to configuring your network settings a little better (from inside the router, or upgrading the router), to perhaps consider needing a faster internet connection/data plan (which should increase bandwidth available to your devices).
Thank you for replying. We just upgraded our internet to the new fiber optic through Frontier. According to the installer, we have the fastest internet available. Hopefully it won't be an issue. My son just informed me that the offer showed up when we did the Hulu bundle through Roku. I will check that out next.
Ahhhh. Hulu is having an offer for unlimited screen access so that is likely the source of the message. The unlimited screen access is 9.99/mo.
