Received activation email and device is active in my account but the device will not ho past the email activation screen.  cannot complete setup. Sooo frustrating.  please help.

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.

We appreciate you for sharing this information with us, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. May we know what specific Roku device you are trying to activate? Also, are you receiving any error codes? 

On the other hand, we recommend performing a complete restart on your Roku device. At the back of it, you will see a "Reset" button or a pinhole. Kindly press and hold it for 20 seconds while the device is on until a light blinks. After this, kindly re-do the activation process if you're able to successfully activate it.
