I purchased the wrong power cable with wireless hub and would like to return it. It has only been a few days sense I received this order. I tried following the return directions, but there is not a return button or a return feature under the details of my order. How do I acquire the return information/approval so I can return the accidental wrongly ordered power cable.

As soon as I realized that I order the wrong power cord, I order the correct one which plugs into the wall. I was not able to cancel the wrong cord which plugs into the TV. I just need to return the wrong cord. Both cords arrived on the same day. I only need the power cord with the wireless hub that plugs into an electrical outlet. Which I already received.
Please help me get permission to return Power cord WR001, order number 106978432. I don't need two power cords. My TV is not set up for the power cord that plugs into the TV.

My disabled brother damaged the power cord for his Ruko stick. I was not able to find one locally to purchase so had to find one online.
On November 7, 2023 I ordered the power cord with wireless hub WR001 from Ruko's website. and then realized it was the shorter cord that plugs into a TV to power up the Ruko stick. His TV is very old and does not have the ability to power up the Ruko stick. I could not cancel the order, so I ordered the correct power cord with wireless hub that plugs into the wall outlet. Both power cord arrived on the same and I have been trying to return order number 106978432, Part number WR001 ever sense.
Please help me acquire the return information in order to mail this power cord back and hopefully receive a refund. Please, please, please help.
