I had this problem with my TCL Roku TV before. I tried to restart it and it work. However, I happened again. So I tried to unplugged it and it worked. Then it happened again. So I tried to restart or unplugged but it didn't work. So I didn't factory reset. Then it happened again. I tried to restart and/or unplugged it but never fix the problem. Any other suggestion?
@Pudja If you have unplugged and completed a factory reset and you are still having the issue, it is possible that the internal memory of the TV has degraded and is going bad, which can happen with "chip" memory, especially with budget level TVs as they tend to use components that have long term reliability issues. I don't know how old your TV is, but I suggest reaching out to TCL tech support to see if they can help.
Why am I getting a message stating "There isn't enough space to install YouTube. You can try removing some apps to free up space."? I have not added any new channels and am only trying to access ones that I have had. Its pretty amazing to me that ROKU does not have customer support for these issues. They have put the task of finding out why their system isn't working on the customer. Wow!
Try performing a System restart under Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (as appropriate).
Thank you! Did system restart and it works great again!!
