- What Roku device are you using right now? (e.g., Roku Express, Roku Streambar, Roku TV—specify TV)
- What outputs does your DVD player have?
- Are you encountering any error codes or messages? If so, can you send us a photo?
- What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue?
For troubleshooting purposes, we recommend changing the HDMI cable connecting your DVD player to the TV. You might also try connecting the DVD player to a different HDMI port on the TV.
