first off, i own this tv, not you. i paid for it, now you force me to sign my **bleep** life away to use the tv? also this forced roko sh*t has to stop! force account to use my tv, and well. never again will i buy this **bleep**. seriously, stop the b.s. its my **bleep** tv, unless you jerks paid for it, quit messing with it!
Roku already had binding arbitration in their TOS for several years. This was just an update.
Just to add, most any device or service you use, including your credit cards, often have binding arbitration clauses these days. Just read a story where people trying to class action against Tesla about over optimistic range are being forced into individual binding arbitration!
