Roku already had binding arbitration in their TOS for several years. This was just an update.

Just to add, most any device or service you use, including your credit cards, often have binding arbitration clauses these days. Just read a story where people trying to class action against Tesla about over optimistic range are being forced into individual binding arbitration!

Yes, it also forces Roku and other channels on you, basically like a commercial. I already paid $130 dollars for the Roku w soundbar-remote will not work-using a cheaper Roku remote I already had. So now 8-10 clicks to reverse from channels I didn’t select. Roku sux now, and also YouTube for mces you to give access to Gmail account or you can’t watch. What a f—-cked system.

I assume the Soundbar requires a WiFi remote, and your cheap remote may be IR only.

Not sure what you are complaining about YouTube. That is up to them, not Roku.

Also don't understand what you mean by channels you didn't select. If you are talking about the home screen, you can delete those you don't want, or move them into an order more convenient to you. Just cursor over a tile and hit the asterisk "*" key.
