TVs in different room no longer tied together

We have a ROKU box in our living room, and a stick in the bed room. we set them up 6-7 years ago. they have always been tied together same channels and menu. we recently had trouble with the bed room remote. Now they are acting as separate units not connected. I disconnected the ROKU units to reset them, but it didn't change anything. Any suggestions?

Go into setting, system, about and make sure both Roku devices are using the same email account.  Then restart each Roku.
