I have a new Roku Pro Tv Model 65R8B5. The internet connection was poor when trying to install software and it would never install. Now, all I get is the Error screen 003 and when I try to update, the screen goes back to the error and when I hit cancel, the screen goes to purple with ROKUTV in the upper left corner and it will not do anything. I can hit the home button on the remote and the tv beeps so I know the remote is working but nothing happens. I cannot access the settings menu to try to change internet connections and I cannot find a factory reset button on the tv.

You usually access the reset button through a pinhole on the back.  If you can't find it, try pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds.
