I hope we are not being charged for the days the service is interrupted. My account is a couple years old and I have a Gmail account, but im still unable to login. Any updates would be appreciated..
I just bought this Roku today to see what it was about and I’m ready to take it back to the store and return it ☹️
There is no charge for a Roku account so you will not be charged whether it is working or not.
@jmalloy0 and @Teiaunaervin1 We believe this issue is now resolved and was caused by an problem with an outage from AWS. You should be able to activate now.
