To see if you can finish activating and setting up your Roku device again, we would suggest trying to perform a factory reset on your Roku device. This is something that we would recommend trying.

My Hisense Roku tv is doing kinda same thing can’t connect to Wi-Fi becuse it won’t let me connect my email everytime I type it in just flashes and reads can’t connect to your email error text. Tried factory resetting it and everything any one help? Please and thank u

I’ve attempted factory reset 3 times now and all 3 times I can not move to “enter your email address” box to get new activation link. This stick is 2-3 years old and first time any issues
O I feel stupid….just press enter & I am able to move forward
