Roku keeps changing display resolution

I have manually set the display type on my Roku Ultra to 4K HDR. I have a four year old Sony 4K TV so my display is certainly able to handle that resolution. My Roku on my first floor is located about 15 feet above the Wi-Fi mesh router in my basement and I average around 150-250 Mbps so I have 10x more speed on my Wi-Fi connection than needed for 4k.  Every week or so, perhaps more often, I check the resolution and the Roku has reverted back to the automatic recommended setting of 1080p/60. How do I lock it in on the manual setting of 4K HDR?  I watch a lot of YouTube channels that are recorded in 4K and want to be able to see the full 4k resolution on my TV. Thanks

Try disabling "Automatic Recovery" and see if issue persists.

On your Roku remote, press "Home" at least five (5) times.  Then using the purple arrow buttons, press Down, Left, Up, Up, Up.

To revert back to the original setting (if you run into issues), just enter the button sequence again, and enable Automatic Recovery.
