    Try a different USB power adapter/charger if you have one just to rule it out.  Some people have better luck getting through the initial update by connecting to their phone's hotspot, if possible.

    Changing the power supply worked! 

    With my cellphone charger it always get restarting, but it gives me more than 1A.
