Roku setup

Hi, 

I bought a roku express and the setup is not working.

I connected all the cables, it is pluged in a usb charger that gives more than 1000mA and using the cables provided by Roku.

After choose the language (I tried english and portuguese) and connect to wifi it asks to update, downloads the updates and restarts. After it, roku enters in a loop and asks me to choose the language again, connect to wifi and update again and again and again.. does anyone knows how to solve it?

Try a different USB power adapter/charger if you have one just to rule it out.  Some people have better luck getting through the initial update by connecting to their phone's hotspot, if possible.

Changing the power supply worked! 

With my cellphone charger it always get restarting, but it gives me more than 1A.
