Roku TV wireless Bluetooth connection compatibility

is the roku tv only allowed to pair roku wireless products?

It depends on who made the TV.  Only Roku Plus and Pro series TVs support Bluetooth devices.  I don't believe TVs from any other manufacturer support them.
