How do I email you? I'm having this same issue too.
what's an avr
Hello,
I’ve plugged the stick into a hdmi port, confirmed that it has power, and confirmed the port that it’s plugged into is selected as the source, but all I get is a “No Signal” message on the screen of my Sony tv.
The device ID is CT3054622906. SKU# 3800R
Help?
Jeff
Thanks for the post.
If you are using a Streaming Stick, we would recommend first ordering an HDMI extender from our Support page here: my.roku.com/hdmi to see if that resolves your issue.
In addition, have you tried another HDMI port on your TV, as well as connecting the device to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
Please keep us posted what you find out.
Thanks,
Danny

Hello Danny,
I purchased my Roku Streaming Stick+ on Tuesday, December 22nd and set it up yesterday, December 23rd. I was able to get it set up right away, and watched a couple of shows. I turned it all off and came back to it hours later and cannot, for the life of me, get it to get a signal now.
I have the Roku Streaming Stick + 3810rw
SN 22508E562251
TV: Vizio E55 F1
I am using a wall socket for power
I don't know what an AVR is so I must not be using one?
